Many games such as Dead Island 2, have dynamic dialogue depending on the character you choose. The same can be said for Redfall, as you will hear different dialogue for each of the characters in the game. Thankfully, much like other character based co-op games, you are allowed to have multiple characters. Each character is treated like its own save slot, making sure you don’t accidentally save over the wrong character. And speaking of characters, the 4 characters you have the option of choosing from are Devinder “Dev” Crousley, Jacob Boyer, Layla Ellison, and Remi De La Rosa.

Devinder serves as a crowd controller, with abilities such as Arc Javelin and Blacklight. Jacob is a lone wolf, boasting skills like Cloak, Raven, and Heartstopper. He’ll be one to look out for if you are deciding to play this game solo. Layla can be considered the support of the game, equipped with abilities to cover your backside such as Umbrella and Lift. And finally we have Remi, the big hulking tank of the team. Her abilities allow her to draw enemies away from her team and deal massive damage to groups of vampires.
