New exciting things are coming to Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life!

The spiritual successor or as some call it, a spiritual remaster of Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is quickly approaching! And while the game is limited in availability to much of the Asian games market, the global release of Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life isn’t for a while, as it won’t launch until June 27, 2023.

But while we wait to play the game here, it’s already getting patches and updates, bringing new things to gameplay. Luckily, we know exactly what that is! So, let’s take a look at all of the new features and changes in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life!

All New Features and Changes in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life

The new patch notes for Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life have a lot of bug fixes and changes. Changes include things such as the alarm clock which would cause players’ characters to have insomnia quicker, children characters’ eye positioning, and making it so that Pui and Mukumuku won’t climb cliffs at night anymore.

Something that is sure to make players a bit more excited though is the new function that changes your cursor’s color when harvesting, making it clearer as to what can and can’t be harvested. Additionally, there’s a new function that increases and maximizes satiety following large in-game events such as the Yew Years and Harvest festivals.

  • Added a function that changes the color of the cursor when the field cursor selects a crop square that can be harvested
  • Added a function that maximizes satiety after the end of the New Year Festival and Harvest Festival

  • Fixed an issue where the camera during the event would continue to move in a certain direction, making it impossible to proceed.

  • Alarm clock Fixed a bug that caused insomnia immediately after waking up if you went to bed between 00:00 AM and 05:59 AM without using it.
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented progress when talking to a child.
  • Fixed a bug where the mouth would not open and close when talking to a resident Fixed a bug that sometimes caused birds to overlap at the entrance of the hut.
  • Adjusted the position of the eyes for children from Chapter 4 onwards.
  • Adjusted Hugh’s facial expressions during conversations.
  • Fixed a bug that Pui and Mukumuku climb cliffs at night.
  • Adjusted some texts.
  • Fixed other bugs.
