All New Bird Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Happy "bird-day"? I'll show myself out.

Since I saw the Pokémon anime, I always had a connection with bird Pokémon. Thanks mostly to Ash’s Pidgeotto, and ultimately Pidgeot. Man, that goodbye surely made me cry. It certainly is not making me cry right now. Shush, it’s just some invisible ninja Pokémon cutting onions right beneath my eyes. Well, anyway, bird Pokémon are a thing, and they have had their fair share of representation across all Pokémon generations. With the new Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, there are new Poké-birds (I know that’s not a thing, shut up) to be found in the region of Paldea. Here are all new bird Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

All New Bird Pokémon

In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, there are a total of five new bird Pokémon, with their types varying according to their specific abilities. They all can fly, though, so we don’t have a dragon-Charizard type of situation on our hands. These can all be found all around the region of Paldea, so make sure to catch them all in order to have your Bird Pokémon collection available for you to go crazy during the nights when they don’t stop squawking. Yes, I don’t have good memories of these. But anyway, here are all new bird Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Note: I’m excluding Qwaxly, Quaxwell and Quaquaval since they are their own type of category being a line of starter Pokémon (and they don’t fly), but they could certainly cut the list as well (ducks are birds after all).

So here we have all birdies found in Scarlet and Violet. A shout-out to Iron Jugulis as well that could have made the list, but by being a Paradox Pokémon, it falls into its own unique category. Go ahead now and catch your bird Pokémon collection!
