Is There a Ravenclaw Companion in Hogwarts Legacy? Answered

In Hogwarts Legacy you will meet a lot of NPCs, some will be friends while some will be foes, but regardless of the fact, we can definitely say that it is a rich character environment. When it comes to those you will be interacting with the most, companions are the first ones to pop into your mind.

Even though companions have joined players that are students of Gryffindor, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff houses, Ravenclaw’s companion seems to be somewhat of a mystery. Read on to find out whether you can expect a Ravenclaw companion in Hogwarts Legacy.

Will There Be a Ravenclaw Companion?

So far, companions for three houses: Slytherin, Gryffindor, and Hufflepuff have been seen and interacted with while at the same time, Ravenclaw players didn’t get that opportunity. This is out of the ordinary as companions follow you in battle, help you with certain achievements, and generally serve as assistants to your storyline.

There is a debate among the gaming community about whether Amit Takkar, the 5th-year student of Ravenclaw, is the companion for the Ravenclaw players. Even though he does assist players in this house, he doesn’t have any achievements connected to him (companions from other houses do).

Maybe the developers of Hogwarts Legacy had something different in mind for Ravenclaw players that is yet to be discovered. Perhaps Ravenclaw players will get an extra feature that other houses don’t have or find a mystery companion that comes in later in the game. On the other hand, the explanation could be much simpler – the devs just forgot to fully integrate Amit Takkar as a companion and will do that in some of the future updates.

In these kinds of situations, players would be disappointed to see that this was an error. People would be delighted to find out that all this was part of a plan that will surprise them and make the game unique. But, as only time will tell what was true we don’t have other options but to wait and see what happens with upcoming updates.
