Will Hogwarts Legacy Have New Game Plus Mode? Answered

How far can you go

Today’s open-world RPGs offer so much content that you can spend almost triple-digit hours playing to complete everything. For some, that’s still not enough. After you complete everything or beat the story mode, you want more. People hope for New-Game Plus modes now as an extra incentive to play the game all over again. Hopefully, there’s more difficulty, stronger enemies, or something to add to the second playthrough. Whether that is the case here remains to be seen. Here’s everything we know if there will be a Hogwarts Legacy new game plus mode.

Is there going to be a New Game Plus?

Usually, a New-Game plus mode is when you keep all or most of your level and abilities intact and start the storyline part of the game over. Sometimes the whole world will reset with stronger enemies and better loot. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case for Hogwarts Legacy. There is currently no new game plus in the game as of now. We also don’t know if it’s going to be part of any upcoming DLC.

So far Avalanche Software games have not announced any DLC for Hogwarts Legacy. It is unsure if they will or are just waiting to see how well the game does. Despite Hogwarts Legacy being considered one of the biggest games of the quarter and having decent fan fair, its future beyond just being released is widely unknown.

However, Avalanche is the same company that released Disney Infinity in the 2010s and kept up new releases for that game for 5 or so years, so there is a possibility.
