Time is quickly coming upon us, as the rival to Nintendo’s Monster Hunter franchise, EA’s Wild Hearts, is almost here! And with the hype, many players are wondering whether or not they can bring progress that they’ve built up in EA’s little demo of the game to their main event once Wild Hearts actually launches. But can you? Well, today we’ll explain if you actually can, in fact, carry over your progress from the Wild Hearts demo!
Wild Hearts: Does Demo Progress Carry Over? Answered
Firstly, many of you readers may be wondering where you can find the Wild Hearts demo that we’re talking about. Unfortunately for many of you, it isn’t just something that you’ll be able to locate in a digital storefront via your gaming platform. You’re going to have to pay some cold hard moola in order to get your hands on it.
The way to get to participate in the Wild Hearts demo is to be an EA Play subscriber. Subscribers are able to play many of EA’s newest titles in their fullest form for up to 10 hours. So in fact, this wouldn’t be a demo, it would be the entire game that you’d have access to for a limited time.

What this means for players looking to take advantage of this, is that if you play the free trial of 10 hours you’ll be able to continue from where you left off if you decide to purchase the game. This goes for any of EA’s games that have free trials.
Something else that’s worth noting is that Xbox or PC players that subscribe to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate actually get an EA Play subscription as part of being an Ultimate member. So, go out and download that demo! You can download it now and it will still be available to play after Wild Hearts goes live on February 16.
