Mayor Weeks’ basement is accessible by jumping down a trap door in the northwest building in Galen’s Crossing compound. The northwest room in the building contains a few bookshelves and a trap door. You can access this room by climbing in through the window to avoid being caught. Beware, this is a trespassing area, so you’ll want to make sure nobody sees you. Otherwise, you might need to spend the night in jail and pay a small fine.

When you first arrive at Galen’s Crossing, the guard out front may start hassling you to show some paperwork. You can show him a fake document to trick him or jump up on the cliffs to the left and scale the wall. The latter method is easy if you head to the left of the entrance and climb up the red rocks.

Climb down the trap door to discover Marion Keen locked inside a cell. As it turns out, Stillwaters took him and sold him to Weeks, and now this poor man is Weeks’ “plaything.” That sounds terrifying. You can learn a bit about your missing husband by speaking to this man, and he’ll tell you what he knows.
