Wanna Color Your Smite Hero Skins? Here’s How You Do It

Dyeing is in! Find out how to color some of your favorite heroes.

Many RPG and MOBA fans have united in playing Smite since its release in 2014 and with the game hitting the 40 million player mark recently it doesn’t seem it’s going down anytime soon. The developers have recently introduced a new patch the Season of Souls that brings in many nerfs for items, map reworks, and one particularly interesting cosmetic change.

You can now dye some skins and showcase your unique hero even better. This change applies only to certain sets for now. But hey, if players react well to this maybe the devs will widen the dyeing to all skins at one point (a man can hope). Read on to find out how to color your hero skins in Smite.

How to Get Color Skins in Smite?

The recent update to Smite introduced the ColorForge event that will allow you to color some of your hero skins. The dyeing of skins is at the moment restricted to the ColorForge event skins. So, if you want to get your hands on those new and special skins, you can do it two ways.

You can get ColorForge skins for free from ColorForge Chests that you get after completing weekly quests, or you can purchase the Event Bundle and unlock new skins that way.

The new ColorForge skins that you will be able to dye are the following:

  • Alpha Pack Fenrir
  • Angel of Chaos Cthulhu
  • Spicy Ra-Men Ra
  • Little Charmed Cupid (Free skin that you get by playing games in the ColorForge event)
