Resident Evil Village has officially been out long enough for players to full-clear the game with near max ranks on every level. As you could guess, players are frantically searching for every hidden gem they can find in the game. One of the more exciting discoveries is an in-game lightsaber. An exciting find, to say the least, but a welcome one, alas. So, here’s how to unlock the LZ Answerer in Resident Evil Village.
How to unlock the LZ Answerer Lightsaber in Resident Evil Village
Here’s how to unlock the LZ Answerer in Resident Evil Village:
- Complete the game’s story mode.
- Purchase Mercenaries Mode from the Extra Content Shop.
- Complete all Mercenaries levels with at least SS Rank.
- Purchase the LZ Answerer from the Extra Content Shop for 70,000 CP.
- Purchase the item from The Duke.
To unlock the LZ Answerer Jedi Lightsaber in Resident Evil Village, you must achieve at least SS Rank on all Mercenaries stages. After completing the requirements, you can buy the LZ Answerer Lightsaber from the Extra Content Shop. The levels you’ll need to complete are:
- Village: SS Rank
- Village II
- Castle: SS Rank
- Castle II
- Factory: SS Rank
- Factory II
- Mad Village: SS Rank
- Mad Village II: SS Rank
You should receive a prompt after completing your final level with SS rank that says,
“You can now get the following weapon from the Extra Content Shop for finishing all Mercenaries stages with at least an SS Rank!
-LZ Answerer”
To get to the extra content shop, you must first complete the entire story mode for the game. After that’s done, you’ll unlock the following content in the Bonuses Menu:
- Extra Content Shop
- Concept Art
- Figures
- Challenges
Head into Bonuses from the main menu, and then go to Extra Content Shop. You will see an extra game called The Mercenaries, which you can purchase. Unlock it, and achieve at least SS Rank on all eight levels. Once that’s done, you can purchase the LZ Answerer from the Extra Content Shop, and then pick it up from the Duke.
The LZ Answerer is “a charged particle blade developed by BSAA.” It functions as you’d imagine a lightsaber would and melts through most all zombies in two hits and has double-edged capabilities.
