In short, trainers can get these items at level 40 by catching Pokemon, doing raids, hatching Pokemon, trading, and converting regular Candy. They work like regular Candy, but you use them to get your Pokemon past the previous cap.

GO Battle League Season 6

GO Battle League Season 6 is also here, and there are some significant changes. The new season begins on November 30 at 4:00 pm EST. Your previous seasonal rewards are available on the Battle screen, which will include an Elite Charged TM for those that hit at least rank 7.

The Great League runs from Monday, November 30 at 4:00 pm EST to Monday, December 14 at 4:00 pm EST. Then, the Ultra League and Premier Cup go live on December 14 for the following two weeks. Finally, the Master League and Holiday Cup go live on December 28 through January 4. You won’t be able to use any XL Candy boosted Pokemon in these leagues.

How to get to level 50 in Pokemon GO Beyond Update

We have a full breakdown of the Trainer level 41 to 50 requirements and rewards. You may find it useful to follow along with, so you can plan your journey and know what to expect.

Each level requires Trainers to complete specific tasks. For example, to hit level 41, you need to win 30 raids, catch 200 Pokemon in a single day, and power up a Legendary Pokemon 20 times. You’ll still need a hefty amount of experience, but these tasks are additional requirements.
