Is Arcade Paradise Free Roam?

There's a lot of space in Arcade Paradise but is it free roam?

Nosebleed Interactive has done something really special with their latest title, Arcade Paradise. Offering a unique experience, the game allows you to both run a successful business as well as play arcade games whenever you want. And with the game offering quite a bit of freedom in terms of player initiative, does that mean there’s more to this game than just running a business and playing some games? If you’re wondering if Arcade Paradise is free roam, we’ve got the answer you need.

Is Arcade Paradise Free Roam?

Arcade Paradise gives players a lot of freedom when it comes to how they’d like to spend their days. Wanna just kick back and play arcade games all day? Want to be a workaholic and make as much money as you can, ignoring the temptation of those glorious pixel screens? The choice is yours to do what you want in this 90s-inspired world.

But if you’re wondering if this game is a true free roam experience, you’d be sorely mistaken. Don’t get me wrong, the game does have quite a bit of freedom in its environment, but you won’t even make it to the end of the street on either side without being met with an invisible wall. So technically, no the game is not free roam when compared to the GTA Vs or Horizon Ofrbidden Dawns of the world. It’s a much more intimate game.

Though you can freely move about your laundrette, the arcade, your office, and even the outside parameters of your building, you won’t be going too far, nor is there a real reason to venture out of your immediate area anyway.

So, while Arcade Paradise is not a free roam title, it does offer its own open areas to maneuver around. And it’s just enough.
