At this point in Signalis, you may think that you’ve got a pretty solid grasp on the puzzles. And yet, that infernal owl box, or Falke’s Box, evades solution. The solution is definitely different to what we have been seeing before, so you would be forgiven for not finding it. There are a lot of steps, however, so follow them carefully. Here is how to open Falke’s Box in Signalis.
How to solve the Falke’s Box Puzzle in Signalis
Fixing the Cassette
This box doesn’t open with a key or a card, but sound. That’s right, only the sweet sound of music will budge this contraption. To start with, get your hands on the broken music cassette, in the EULR Dorm (floor B6). This room requires the Owl Key, which can be found in the piano room (floor B7). The music player is also in this room, but we will need to fix the cassette first.
To fix it, you need to combine it with adhesive tape, which is found in the Shooting Range (floor B6). Make sure to have your flashlight equipped for this part. The Shooting Range is connected to the Repair Bay, which is connected to the Cleaning Dorm. The adhesive tape is on the counter.
Go into your inventory and combine the broken music cassette with the adhesive tape to fix it.

Using the Radio Transmitter
We must now unlock the workshop to use the Radio Transmitter. To do this, you must travel to the Protektor Office (floor B7). On the desk to the right will be a key. Grab it.
Now, go to the Management Office, at the very top of floor B7. Interact with the painting and insert the key to open a little compartment. There will be a Workshop Keycard.
Return to floor B6 to unlock the workshop, which can be found north of the Workshop Hallway. At the end of the room will be the Radio Transmitter. Insert the music cassette into the transmitter. A song will play.
Now, the sound of this radio won’t be able to travel all the way down to the box, so you’ll have to amplify the frequency.
Go into your inventory and scroll up to access your radio. Tune the frequency to 142 Khz.
Cracking open the box
Make your way back down to Falke’s Box, with the music playing from your radio, and the box will pop right open.
