A corruptor is an enemy that looks like an eye. Corruptors only ever appear during strike, growth, or water purification missions. They’ll appear once you destroy three daemonic growths during a mission. Once these growths are destroyed, a Corruptor will appear usually on a wall or somehwere on the ground narby. To defeat it, throw a grenade box at its eye. Use the underhanded throw to do this as it may be easier. Not only will you kill the creature, but you will also earn the achievement “Something In Your Eye.”
You can find the Corruptor in missions on HL17-36 Smelter Complex and Silo Cluster 18-66a. Missions in Warhammer 40K: Darktide appear every hour so you may have to wait depending on what you currently have available. If you see one of these locations pop up for a mission, select it, and complete the process to kill the corruptor that was previously mentioned.
