Best Solar Hunter Build in Destiny 2 Lightfall

Trust me when I say this build speaks for itself.

One of the reasons some builds in Destiny 2 are so useful has to do with abilities and how many times you can use them. That is to say, if you have a build that rewards you with infinite grenade and melee abilities, most PvE missions will be a breeze. Focusing specifically on Hunters for this build, the Solar sub-class has always been a viable build with the right exotics. Thanks to the additional fragments added for every sub-class when Lightfall released, there are now more ways to min/max Solar. Now you won’t have to worry about how low your health is, thanks to the best Solar Hunter build in Destiny 2 Lightfall.

This build might look familiar to long-time users of Hunter Solar builds, but with a few tweaks. Using a specific exotic gun isn’t required for this build to work as it should. However if you’re looking to make the most of this build, using the right weapon could be the difference in completing the new GM Nightfall solo and dying.

Best Solar Hunter Build in Destiny 2 Lightfall Explained

For those who haven’t used this class, it’s pretty simple to understand. Basically you’ll want to always have a rotation of your abilities at all times. The rotation will go: grenade, melee ability, dodge if missing either, and repeat. With the fragments and aspects you are using, killing someone with a grenade will replenish your melee, and using your melee will replenish your grenade. As stated if either of these abilities are not refreshing instantly, using your Gamblers dodge will refresh your melee starting the cycle again. Fairly simple to follow and thanks to the new Fragments, you’ll receive a decent chunk of health for every grenade kill. What’s not to love about this?
