Apex Legends Mobile Ranked Season Extended Again…

The second split of Apex Legends Mobile Ranked Season 3 started November 29th at 5 pm PT. Originally it was thought to end alongside the battle pass, scheduled to end on January 10th. For the past few weeks, it has been speculated that the ranked season had been extended, when the in-game timer for ranked was showing over Forty days left in the season. This would put the end of the ranked season into mid-February.

It has now been confirmed via Apex Mobile Official Facebook that the rank season has been extended. No official date was given in the post, but the reason given was “to address some bugs that popped up over the break.” Having seen Season 2.5 of Apex Legends Mobile Ranked extended by an additional two weeks, this is now the second season in a row to do so.

Developers often deploy extensions like this to improve the player experience. With the Season 2.5 extension, players were given a new battle pass titled Aftershow. This battle pass included legend fragments that are needed to unlock past legends without spending money. This was a big opportunity for any F2P player to unlock legends they may have missed in past seasons. There has no mention of a new battle pass yet. The current battle pass ends on January 10th.

You don't have to be the best all the time to be the best. I'm here to prove it! I like competitive and casual, mobile and console and everything in between. World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Call of Duty and Apex are my current favorite games. Oh, did I mention that I love LEGO Star Wars games!
