The Heartbeat Island event is a brand-new island event that’s just arrived on Lost Ark as part of the June 2022 update. Similar to other island events, this unique location features several quests and challenges you can compete in for a chance to earn Festival Coins. Which can then be exchanged at the Event Shop for various rewards.
In this guide, we will review all of the challenges and rewards in the Lost Ark Heartbeat Island event.
All Challenges and Rewards in Lost Ark Heartbeat Island Event
The Heartbeat island can be found West of Anikka and can be visited at any time. However, there are a few requirements you must meet before you can travel to the island. First, your character needs to be at least Level 50 and second, you will need to have at item level of at least 250.
It’s also worth noting that to complete one of the event challenges (The Very Best Dance), you will need the Sway or Umarka emote. You will also need to speak to Jollous, the Festival Planner, before you can begin the challenges. Luckily, he can be found in any major city, and will immediately provide you with a Summer Beat Festival Invitation.

Once you’ve acquired said invitation, you can head to Heartbeat Island and take part in the different challenges.
In total, there are three daily quests and two co-op challenges in the Lost Ark Heartbeat Island event. Here are the objectives and rewards for each:
Daily Quests
- Don’t You Worry – Lie down on one of the sunbeds for 30 seconds
- A Song For You – Stand near the musician and watch her play for 30 seconds
- Tranquil as the Sea – Go to the docks and listen to the waves for 30 seconds
Each of these daily quests will reward you with 100 Festival Coins.
Co-op Challenges
- The Very Best Dance – Work with others to dance either the Umarka (on the right) or Sway (on the left) while standing in the yellow circles.
- Shining Night of Arkesia – Pick up a Glowstick and attack the boss with your base attack. You can use your skill buttons to increase your Attack Speed and Movement Speed. As you begin to deal damage to the boss, they will drop Festival Coins which can then be used at the Event Shop.
Each of these co-op challenges will begin every hour, so, it’s recommended to arrive early so that you have time to complete both co-op challenges.
Rewards
All of the aforementioned challenges provide you with Festival Coins, which can then be redeemed at the Event Shop to earn special rewards. Here are all of the rewards you can buy at the Event Shop:
- Empty listHoning Materials of any kind. Including Harmony Shards and Crystallized Guardian Stones.
- Legendary Card Packs
- Legendary Rapport Selection Chests
- Powder of Sage – Increases probability of success when transferring a Skill Tree Effect
- Una’s Daily Tasks – Instant Completion Pass or a Daily +1 Extension Pass
- Tailoring & Metallurgy Honing success rate +10%
- Zingy Summer Cocktail – A consumable that grants +25 Weapon Power and +360 Vitality
- Headband selection chest – A colourful headband for your character
- Silver
