Update: According to the official SifuGame Twitter, the issue has been resolved:

PlayStation users are reporting that there is potentially an error in the official download date set on the PlayStation store. The month and the day are potentially swapped around, so where the official auto-download date should have been February 4 (2/4), it is showing up at April 2 (4/2). There is no official comment on whether or not this is the problem preventing PlayStation users from downloading the game, but it does look like a possibility.

Sloclap themselves made a Reddit post apologizing for the issue. They have let the community know that they are sorry for the inconvenience surrounding the PlayStation issue and are doing everything in their power to fix it as soon as possible. They are in communication with PlayStation to figure out the problem and will update when they have more information to share.

As per a tweet, Sony is actively investigating the issue with the Sloclap team, so they hope to have it resolved shortly. The post was made at around 10:30 a.m. ET, so players can hopefully anticipate a fix shortly.

At this time, PlayStation users will need to be patient while both Sony and Sloclap look into the problem. The team is actively communication with players about this, so you can stay up-to-date by following the @SifuGame Twitter.
