Particular Pokémon, much like real world animals, often prefer to call certain parts of the world their homes over others. It’d be unusual, for example, to find a Bug-type Pokémon in the middle of a bustling city, or a Dark-type Pokémon in a cutesy amusement park. That said, due to the machinations of the mischievous Hoopa, it seems space has gone all topsy turvy on us, depositing Pokémon from all over the world into spots where they normally wouldn’t be. Here’s an overview of the second Ultra Unlock in Pokémon GO, Space.
Starting today, August 6th, and until Tuesday, August 17th, Pokémon that would usually be region exclusive will be popping up all over the place in both the wild and in raids. If there are any Pokémon you’ve been wanting to get your hands on, but haven’t been able to due to where you live or where they spawn, this could prove to be a golden opportunity for you!
