Pokemon GO: Bidoof Day Special Research Tasks and Rewards

Today is Bidoof Day in Pokemon GO in all areas around the world. It’s time to celebrate all things Bidoof with some Special Research tasks. So, if you want to earn some exclusive in-game items, we have a complete list of everything you’ll need to do down below. Here are the Pokemon GO Bidoof Day Special Research tasks and rewards.

Note that today’s Special Research is a bit different than normal. There are a few different ‘paths’ you can take, which result in different rewards. You can review everything down below to figure out which branch to choose.

As always, it’s an excellent opportunity to stock up on Bidoof Candy and catch a perfect Bidoof. Players have until the end of day July 1 to complete all of the Bidoof Day Special Research tasks in order to receive all the corresponding rewards.

Bidoof Day Special Research Tasks and Rewards in Pokemon GO

Here is a complete list of the Bidoof Day Special Research Tasks and Rewards in Pokemon GO:

Task 1

• Use three berries to help catch Pokémon: Bidoof encounter
• Catch 6 Normal-type Pokémon: 3 Pinap berries
• Catch 3 Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
• Rewards: 399 XP, 399 Stardust, and a Bidoof Encounter

After completing the first set of tasks, you will be asked to choose ‘Bidoof!’ or ‘Bidoof…?’ Your selection will influence the following tasks.

Task 2 (Bidoof!)

• Catch 1 Normal-type Pokémon: Bidoof encounter
• Take a snapshot of Bidoof: 3 Pinap berries
• Catch 5 Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
• Rewards: 399 XP, 399 Stardust, and a Bidoof encounter

Next, you can choose either ‘Nerves of Steel’ or ‘Nests Near Water.’

Task 2 (Bidoof?)

• Catch 1 Normal-type Pokémon: Bidoof encounter
• Take a snapshot of Bidoof: 5 Razz berries
• Catch 5 Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
• Rewards: 399 XP, 399 Stardust, and a Bidoof encounter

Next, you can choose either ‘Nerves of Steel’ or ‘Nests Near Water.’

Task 3 (Nerves of Steel)

• Transfer 10 Pokémon: 10 Super Potions
• Take a snapshot of Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
• Catch 10 Bidoof: 5 Razz berries
• Rewards: 399 XP, 399 Stardust, and a Bidoof encounter

Task 3 (Nests Near Water)

• Transfer 10 Pokémon: 10 Pokéballs
• Take a snapshot of Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
• Catch 10 Bidoof: 3 Pinap berries
• Rewards: 399 XP, 399 Stardust, and a Bidoof encounter

Task 4

• Catch 5 Bidoof: Bidoof encounter
