Tengoku Struggle -strayside- is the latest otome announcement made by Aksys Games. This has been the only new release announcement within their upcoming otome catalogue for the west as reported during the Fall 2022 ALL AKSYS Online Event.
Hosted on Twitch at 10am PST, the announcement of the localisation for Tengoku Struggle -strayside- came alongside previously announced upcoming otome releases. These are:
- Winter’s Wish: Spirits of Edo – Spring 2023 (already available for pre-order on Aksys’ Online Store)

Tengoku Struggle -strayside- is slated for a 2024 release. Developed by Otomate and published by Idea Factory. The story follows the heroine Rin Enma, the adopted daughter of King Enma whose position in the underworld is to capture and contain those who escape the confines of hell itself. Now trekking to the living world to hunt down these “jailbreakers”, Enma is in cahoots with the exact individuals she is pursuing. Alongside these troublemakers is a mysterious songwriter accompanying them – what are all of their intentions as a now unexpected collective unit?
Its artist is Satoi of Ozmafia!!, Diabolik Lovers and Olympia Soiree, director Tanabe Wataru of Olympia Soiree, and scenario writer Katagiri Yuma of Princess Arthur and Olympia Soiree.
While we will have to sit tight and wait on the release date of Tengoku Struggle -strayside-, players can feel preoccupied enough even before the year closes out. You can already get your metaphorical hands on either or both of Paradigm Paradox (releases on October 27) and Lover Pretend (releases on December 1) in the meantime.
