What Do You Get In the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Season Pass?

Here's what the Tiny Tina's Wonderland Season Pass is all about

We’re only a couple of weeks away from the release of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, a new Borderlands spin-off game set in the bizarre and spontaneous realm of Tiny Tina’s homemade Dungeons and Dragons campaign. Oh, sorry, “Bunkers and Badasses.” Good ol’ Pandoran nomenclature. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is already shaping up to be a delightfully bonkers experience featuring a wacky combination of magical abilities and old fashioned Borderlands gunplay, but if and when your adventure reaches its inevitable conclusion, you may still be hankering for more action. In this case, you may be interested in the game’s season pass. But what exactly do you get in the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands season pass?

What Do You Get In the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Season Pass?

2K released some details today on what to expect on the season pass for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. After the game releases on March 25th, the first DLC content drop will be available on April 21st, with three more content drops to follow on currently unannounced dates. You can buy these content drops piecemeal if you like, but buying the season pass will give you access to all four of them as they release. Incidentally, if you buy the Chaotic Great edition of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, the season pass is included in that, so no need to buy it again.

In the game, there’s a special area located near one of the major overworld cities, Brighthoof, known as the Dreamveil Overlook. It is here that you can meet and greet the mysterious fortune teller Vesper, who has arranged for a variety of mystical challenges for you. Why? Shut up, that’s why.

Each of the season pass’ four content drops takes the form of a Mirror of Mystery, one of Vesper’s portals into a pocket dimension loaded up with vicious monsters. At the end of each Mirror of Mystery dungeon is a new boss monster, and if you defeat them, you’ll earn Lost Souls, which you can spend at Vesper’s Wheel of Fate to earn all kinds of Legendary-grade weapons, gear, and cosmetics.

You can repeat the dungeons to earn more Lost Souls, but here’s the rub: every time you defeat a dungeon boss, they’ll ascend to an even stronger form the next time you fight them. It’s up to you to determine how far you can push these fearsome foes in the name of awesome loot. Incidentally, clearing a dungeon will also add its monsters and boss to the Chaos Chamber, a randomly-generating dungeon you can access during the endgame of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.

In addition to the Mirrors of Mystery, the fourth content drop will give you access to a special seventh character class, which can also be utilized with the multiclass system. Details on this new class haven’t been released yet, but the devs have assured that its capabilities are truly unique from its counterparts.

Finally, purchasing the season pass will earn you the Butt Stallion Pack, a set of cosmetic items for your protagonists that have, apparently, been hoof-selected by Queen Butt Stallion herself. You’ll get 3 Diamond Guard Armor Presets, 5 pieces from the Crystal Glitter Makeup Pack, 2 pieces from the Adamant Throne Banner Set, and the Diamond Hero Statue Material.

Once again, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands releases on March 25th, 2022, and the first round of DLC content will drop on April 21st.
