Captain Caviar Cookie is a middle-priority Bomber-type character in Cookie Run Kingdom. Captain Caviar’s job is to pepper the opposition with artillery, mopping up the weaklings and setting up whoever’s leftover for extra punishment. Captain Caviar is such a brave old sailor, that he’s completely immune to all Fear effects, and while using his personal skill, he’s resistant to knockback. Speaking of, his personal skill is Black Shark Torpedo, a salvo of explosives that target the foes with the lowest HP, dealing area damage and inflicting whoever’s hit with a defense debuff. When activated, Black Shark Torpedo also provides your party members with debuff resistance.
